We are excited to announce that in 2026 Camp OFLA will be offering the following languages: Spanish, French, German, Russian, Chinese, and Korean!!!
Campers will have the opportunity to interact with their teachers and the rest of their language family for distance learning pre-camp activities. These will be held virtually via Google Classroom and may include interview(s) with the teacher to determine the camper’s level of proficiency (if any), online instruction or video lessons of basic phrases, numbers and alphabets. We will make this as flexible as possible since campers are still in school in April/May. Pre-camp begins in May.
Campers will join us at Camp OFLA 2026 from June 7-13 to engage in real life language as they attend lessons, engage in cultural activities, sing, make arts and crafts, as well as taste cultural dishes, hike, swim and play games. They will play with the language in fun ways that enhance their proficiency and cultural knowledge.
